🎓 The Cohort Course

Every month, you can choose to join the main cohort course: Build a Portfolio of Multifamily Properties. This course shares key ideas to help you start and maintain your journey in multifamily property investing. You'll learn how to handle uncertainty, spot good deals from bad ones, take smart risks, create a safety net for you and your family, find investment opportunities, convince investors to back you, and most importantly, build a lifestyle that suits you. These are all lessons we'll be learning from experienced multifamily investors and they will help you apply them to your situation.

We'll meet 3 times a week for 2 weeks on Zoom, where I'll share the main ideas and we'll talk about how to use them. Each group is kept small, with a maximum of 25 people, to make sure everyone can take part. There's no homework or reading you have to do. Everything you need to know will be given in the 6 live sessions. This will be a very packed program.

The course is run every month at different times to suit all time zones. You're free to join any group, and you can even join more than once. All sessions are recorded and can be watched anytime. There's no extra cost to join the cohort course, and you can book your spot from the Discord server.
